1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between Customer’s Experts LLC (hereinafter "Provider") and its clients regarding the provision of services, in particular lead generation, landing page creation, automation packages, DevOps services as well as project and domain brokerage. By placing an order, the client accepts these GTC.
2. Services of the provider
Lead generation & marketing
Brokering qualified customer inquiries and digital marketing consulting.
Web & landing page creation
Concept, design and technical implementation of landing pages including domain and hosting.
Automation packages & DevOps
Building funnel, CRM and automation architectures as well as DevOps services.
Project & domain brokerage
Brokering and handover of finished web projects and strong domain names.
3. Conclusion of contract
A contract is concluded by the client accepting an offer from the provider, usually through written or electronic confirmation. The scope of the respectively owed service results from the order confirmation or the individual offer.
4. Prices and payment terms
The prices stated in the respective offer apply. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due for payment within 14 days without deduction. For one-time setup services, the amount is invoiced after the service has been provided, subject to deviating agreements. Rights of set-off and retention exist only for undisputed or legally established counterclaims.
5. Cooperation duties of the client
The client shall provide the provider with the information, texts, images and access required for the provision of services in a timely manner and in a suitable form. Delays or additional expenses attributable to insufficient cooperation shall be borne by the client.
6. Warranty
The provider renders its services with the diligence of a prudent businessman. The client must notify obvious defects in writing within 14 days of acceptance. Subsequent performance is granted for rectification; if this fails, the client may demand a reduction.
7. Liability
The provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as under the provisions of the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence, the provider is only liable in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations and only to the amount of the typical, foreseeable damage. Liability for loss of profit does not apply in this respect.
8. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is, insofar as legally permissible, the registered office of the provider. Should individual provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
Withdrawal, distance contracts and your deliverables
Business customers and international distance contracts
Our offering is exclusively for businesses, self-employed professionals and organisations ordering for their business activity. German distance-selling law generally provides no statutory consumer withdrawal right for these B2B contracts. We grant no additional voluntary withdrawal right. Agreed termination rights, warranty rights and other mandatory rights remain unaffected.
Customers from any country may enquire. Availability, contract terms and tax treatment are checked for the relevant country. Mandatory provisions of the law that actually applies prevail; a business declaration or choice of law cannot remove mandatory protections.
Where mandatory consumer withdrawal rights apply
The following notice applies only where you have a statutory consumer right to withdraw from the relevant distance or off-premises service or digital contract. This notice does not open consumer sales.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The period is fourteen days from conclusion of the contract and does not begin before proper withdrawal information has been supplied. Inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example by email or letter. Sending your statement before the deadline is sufficient.

Following a valid withdrawal we reimburse payments received without undue delay, within fourteen days of receiving the statement, normally using the original payment method without a reimbursement fee. If you expressly requested services to begin during the withdrawal period, a legally permitted proportionate payment for services already supplied may be due, provided all information and consent requirements were met.
Starting performance and early expiry
For paid services, early expiry requires full performance and, before performance starts, express consent to early performance and acknowledgement of losing the right after full performance; applicable form and confirmation requirements must also be met. For digital content without a tangible medium, express consent, acknowledgement, commencement and the legally required contract confirmation are particularly necessary. Creating a website alone does not fully perform an ongoing Studio licence.
Use, login or website creation do not replace these requirements. Consent must not be preselected or inferred from use. Statutory withdrawal rights remain where expiry requirements have not been met.
Your website remains your deliverable
After normal expiry or valid termination of the Studio licence, you retain created project files and agreed usage rights. Studio claims no ownership of your websites. Studio access and included server operation end with the purchased term. Third-party, open-source, media and trademark rights still apply. The legal consequences of a valid withdrawal and rights in third-party content are assessed separately.
